Good location, the hotel’s beach is genuine and clean. Big and comfort room, sufficient amenities, lots of electric port, clean room, clean water and nice breakfast.
No TV media even they install a small tv in toilet we can not watch any channel. Warm water did not work. At parking lot - I was suggested to park at parking area then went to check in counter before load the stuff out. After check in I had to ask for the way to reach our room and asked for bell helped me took things from my car finally I got security who brought things to the room. During long weekend hotel was so crowded from seminar group and load of tourists. Food at breakfast resturant was run out so quick many people had to wait for refill. My child broke a drinking glass and I told front desk while check out about that then they spoke in to walky talkly which crate a laud noise talked about wrote a bill for glass which I saw the price list in the guest room it cost 250 baht for very normal drinking glass so I asked how much I would be charge, they said around 100 baht I became frustrated because I think that charge should be for one who intend to take things from guest room but not damage by accident like this case. Lucky at last they did not charge me. I suggest hotel to improve management and staff training on full booking situations. And communication method, I saw many best practice hotel use internal telephone it really quiet and more polite. The last thing I spent a night on 5,200 baht which I expect to relax with family and felt disappointed seeing price list which express how you believed that guest would take something, could you design better way?
Clean room, comfy bed, Nice Infinity edge pool with cute deco, Quiet beach, Instagram worthy. breakfast variety is ok if you don't expect much (Thai food and some of western food). definitely come back again.
Too crowded seminar groups over the weekend. & long holiday. I would like to stay for 1 more night but fully booked. high price comparing with hotels nearby.
Comfortable Room Good WiFi Location
None of the receptionist staff speak English.....Absolutely ridicules Ordered room service @ 7.25pm. Called at 9.15pm and was told the kitchen was busy. No dinner :) Lots of heavy working going on outside my room just after am. No warning from reception. Asked for late checkout, no response, so I checked out, never to return again.
Breakfast is good.
1. Cleanliness 2. When I was there, the hotel suck the toilet. The smell is really worst as we have to walk pass the operation on the way to the beach and car park. Even at night, the process is not yet finished. It may us feel really bad.
