Cefalù hotels near Cefalu Beach

Pros: The location is very good to visit Cefalu' and the hotel parking is quite close. Breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Cons: The free parking is not in the hotel but 250 meters far away

Pros: Good location for town, beach and station. An extremely pleasant hotel with excellent staff. Good breakfast.

Pros: Prety close to the beach and walkable distance to the city center. Everybody at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Nice terrace +jacuzzi and we liked that we received a (partial) sea view room.

Cons: Breakfast was ok but not as good as other 4 star hotels that we stayed in Sicily.

Pros: An excellent hotel in a great location minutes from the beach. The Artemis has very nice rooms in a great location in Cefalu. the breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them for a stay.

Pros: Good location. 5 minutes walk to the centre where you can find a lot of restaurants. B'fast was good and starts at 7.30, but was told that as from 4th November , it will start at 7am.

Cons: Use of garage is good and secure. However €10 per day for a motorbike, is a bit expensive.

Pros: The private beach, the reef for swimming and the external breakfast area with views out over the sea.

Cons: We had travelled around Sicily and Cefalu was our last stop before heading home. The day we arrived we were given room 401, I was too tired to complain but we were both shocked at the condition of the room, it was like something out of the 1980’s, it was the worst room we had stayed in since we arrived in Sicily. The location of the room and the facilities & decor of the room were of a very low standard and not acceptable for the price we were paying. I complained the folllowing day and we were moved to another room, room 309, the decor was the same but the room was bigger. This room was still not worth the price we paid. The pressure in the shower was very poor and the temperature kept fluctuating. The larger floor area made it easier to accept but in terms of the price it was not good enough and neither rooms were rooms that you could or would want to stay in and relax. We found out when there, that there is a 4 and a 5 star part to the hotel and that we had booked the 4 star area. This was not clear to us when we booked however the rooms were nowhere near 4 star quality. We escaped to the private beach each day which was perfect and the reef was superb for swimming.

Pros: Variated use of the fascinated natural ground facing the sea. Clear water, a great view, excellent breakfast and especially the view from the garden restaurant. Pleasant pool area. Friendly and happy personal.

Cons: We asked the concierge to recommend a hiking trip in the Madonie mountains, but her recommendation was misleading and we lost a hiking day and got a day driving winding roads in an otherwise thrilling landscape.

Pros: Great staff, very attentive and no request was too small. The pool is great but the real star of the show is the small platform they have out into the sea.

Cons: The restaurant is a little overpriced isn't as nice as other food we had but you're a 5 min ride into Cefalu where better meals can be found.

Pros: I never had breakfast in the hotel but my mam and mother in law said it was very good The apartment had a cracking view and was very peaceful The pool is large and deep and kept spotless The receptionist where very pleasant as was the rest of the staff Food in the restaurant was good and well priced Beach area great for snorkeling and swimming Not to far to walk to the town on a pleasant road with path app 20mins

Cons: I stayed in the apartments that are not part of the hotel complex, its a bit misleading on the website to there location although not an unpleasant walk to there location roughly 4 mins, you should take this in to account if you are booking at the hotel. I also followed the hotel receptionist down to the apartment in my hire car and I would not recommend this unless you are in a very small car, it took me 45 mins to reverse out and its only 100m The way down to the hotel beach is via stairs and could be a problem to the disabled traveler and could do with a lift down

Pros: we went out of season so didn't expect breakfast as the restaurant was closed but we were provided with several breakfast items in our appartment as a surprise

Pros: Private beach and the restaurant view were amazing. Restaurant & beach staffs were very nice and friendly.

Cons: I paid extra so my friend can stay with me for 2 nights. Everything was sorted when we first checked in. However, the front desk called and tell us to check out the next morning as they didn't even communicate to each other. We had to explain to them again which was frustrating. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable which cause me to have a neck and back pain.

Pros: The room view was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for more! Hotel is a little away from the main town to walk. We took a cab to and from the hotel. They helped arrange that for us!

Cons: Messed up our booking, needed to request blankets, because we only had sheets. Toilet so lound we heard when the whole house was flushing. When asked about lactose free or vegan milk (not choosy,just allergic) they told me "tomorrow". City tax was suddenly asked upon checking out on a piece of paper (nothing official) and in cash. Prior to that noone had said anything.

Pros: The view from our balcony! Opportunity to swim in the bay. The old town exploration. Wish we had more time there!

Cons: Our adult daughter shared the room with us. Although they were very helpful with extra pillows, the location of her single bed right across from the bathroom made for disrupted sleep when my husband and I needed to use the bathroom at night.

Pros: Great staff. Sea view room with balcony was FANTASTIC Free parcing next to the hotal on a private place. Very central LOCATION.

Pros: Position was really good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and beach access was excellent, and it was very quiet at night.

Pros: The staff were friendly, happy and ready to help. The room was bright and airy and faced over the pool looking out to the sea. The location was right on the beach and in a nice stroll from the town centre. Easy parking. Perfect!

Pros: Nice big rooms in a good state, reasonably clean and well furnished with fantastic side views of the town. The hotel is right across the road from a nice beach and within walking distance of the town along the promenade.

Cons: We stayed here for one night on new year's eve. We were told that the hotel was closed since summer and was only open for that night. The water in one of our bathrooms was a very dark brown and smelling of metal. The hotel unilaterally decided to do away with our breakfast that was included in the price stating that the hotel was only open for one day and we were the only ones who had breakfast included! Instead they served us coffee, some hard croissants (though a second serving was OK) and preserved hard bread wrapped in plastic, in a dark breakfast room that was not nice at all. The heating from the a/c's in two of our three rooms was not effective enough and there were no extra blankets in those rooms.

Pros: Good location away from the crowds, manageable walk to town centre, friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok, basics were there., pool was clean, the whole place a bit dated but well maintained and sparkling clean

Cons: The mattress in room 208 was worn out [Oct 2019] and thus I didn’t sleep much, which was a major hassle. Room was close to main road, disturbed at 5.30 am by emptying the bins, walls wafer thin and unlucky with room neighbours.

Pros: We've been here before and where very pleased with our stay, room and view, 3 years latter, no disappointment.
