Staff tried to be kind at every moment Being into the closed Cartagena colonial and historical city
This is a Hostel, not a Hotel, not a Boutique Hotel so far. To be hostel and that it be informed in the booking page would be good, but to be a hostel it was too expensive versus the received services, facilities, resources and comfort. the "Mini swimming pool" appeared to be dirty, not motivator to go into.

II enjoy the vibe and atmosphere of this place. This is located in such a strategic area that allows you to walk anywhere and not spend any money on taxis. Everyone is friendly and always in a relaxed mode. You can hangout with people and make new friends. And sometimes meet someone with an amazing story. There is high speed wifi and TV with amazon, apple, netflix, and more. I want to personally thank the staff Kevin Padilla, Geraldo Caballero, Antonio Vega, Monica Menez, Liliana Ayala, and Seno Idar. These individuals have made my experience above and beyond by always taking care of my needs, giving me advice on tours, ensuring my room was always cleaned, and overall phenomenal people.
There was nothing that I didn't like. I wish I could have stayed more because of the location and the staff at the hostel.

The hostel was nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed here on the 30th and 31st of December (New Years), the prices of accommodation is expensive during this period, as Cartagena is very popular for New Years, therefore we paid a high price for fairly basic accommodation. The hostel is located within the city walls of the old town in Cartagena, which is very beautiful but very touristy and over priced. After exploring the city I would highly recommend staying in Getsemani (short walk away), this area is full of culture, locals, amazing restaurants/bars and is cheaper than the old town.

Very calm but close to all the bustling streets of the walled city.
The breakfast is very basic. We chose to not eat there after the first morning. They could add some fruit and fruit juice.
