Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. Many also appreciate the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the smooth check-in process. However, several guests express disappointment with the breakfast, citing issues such as outsourced or unavailable meals, and a lack of variety. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting unresponsive or unhelpful staff, and others mentioning problems with electronic locks and a lack of reception. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with multiple reviews mentioning uncomfortable or hard beds. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stand out as positives, improvements in service, breakfast, and bed comfort are needed.
