Did not have a problem with hotel. Ended up never staying there. Just who I booked it through. Traveluro . Worst company to deal with. They sent us a conformation 2 days before our scheduled stay saying hotel was paid for and if there were any problems at check-in to call a number that was given to us. We called the number when the hotel said they never received payment. They also said they were booked solid. When we called,the call was answered by machine which then directed us to another prompt which started phone ringing which was never answered. I attempted to call about 15 times to no answer. Ended up driving home for 3 hrs. in the dark. What a joke.
