Great host, Clive, made us so welcome. Helped us with finding a parking space. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable bed and warm room. Good shower. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend to others.
Location ,Clive was a great host
We had a very friendly welcome and good guidance as to what to see and do. The room was clean and ample size. Breakfast was a simple buffet of cereals, fruit pastries and meat and cheese. the house was lovely and quiet in a nice location with a pleasant half mile stroll into the city via Sophia gardens and Bute Park
It would have been nice to have an optional cooked breakfast and perhaps a broader window of time for breakfast, but these did not impair the enjoyment of our stay.
The personal attention.
Parking can be difficult but it is what you expect being walking distance to get city centre.
The location was ideal for the City and for local restaurants/pubs. The host was very friendly and helpful, and made a special effort to accommodate my need for a gluten free breakfast.
the radiator was broken which made the room cold even though a heater was provided. We only got a small pot of coffee or tea with the breakfast and the host could have offered a refill.
