They was doing reformation very early in the morning, so couldnt rest well and also kids running and screaming on the corredors!!
food was not very good at the buffet food was cold and not very good value. Very noisy especially when groups staying at the hotel and singing late at night as the rooms are not very soundproof
Good location as we were close to family.
Shower not ok. Difficult and extremely expensive i-net connection, only working at the central PC desk of the hotel. Elevators following their own pattern.
Beautiful view, close to shops, transport, restaurants
Room by the lifts was noisy. I did my booking 5 months in advance and specified that i would prefer room away from elevators witt the additional bed for 5 yo however it was not considered on arrival
teribly noisy! from airconditioner under window option was noise from lift !!! never again
It was a good location. The pool was nice.
We arrived in the hotel and the booking was incorrect. The receptionist was so rude and kept us waiting half an hour. The room was upgraded in the end but the receptionist would be better working in a prison than in hospitality. Another girl and a male receptionist were very nice. The small middle aged woman with a fringe on duty on 16/11/2010 at 12.30 would really put you off the whole hotel. I saw her being just as rude to other people, rolling her eyes and sighing the whole time. The cost for internet use was extortionate - 8 euros!!!
Its situated closed to anything shops beaches waterfront restaurants
Close to Waterfront
Related to price it was good
liked yhe view as we stayed on the 18th floor diferrent to the other accomadation, i think thats your selling point amongst many
i could not get vouchers for the internet, and i have my own laptop computer and all the other hotels are free wi fi, so r50 is a bit expensive when the hotel does not have any outlay to pay when the customer has his computer
Parking facilities, security and breakfast.
Service in the restaurant on the 21st Floor. One particular receptionist who seemed to have a approach.
not enough parking; room was supposed to be non-smoking but was obviuosly regularly used as a smoking room...smelt highly of smoke; made stay unpleasant
