Cons: On a hotel of this level you would expect to be treated accordingly. I did not feel special during my stay and I was not even asked about my experience during the check out! Unacceptable! A shame. A particular staff in the reception even has an attitude. Very arrogant! I hope this customer relation is sorted.

The bedroom was excelent, with a nice shower and a nice bathroom. The wardobe in the room was wide enough and had a safe in it. Bed sheets, pillows and towels were very clean. The gym has modern equipment (matrix brand) and the pool is also great. Breakfast was delicious and i cant point anything unpleasant in my stay.

Cons: The mattress for the roll-away bed for our 12 year old that was put into the room had a rather unsatisfactory mattress. The hotel staff was very kind and replaced it from our second night on, with a proper mattress that was sitting on the floor however. This is something that could be better given that were two adults and one child staying in a 55 sq.m. suite and the extra bed was put in the very large living room.

Cons: I had reservation and confirmation at this hotel and to my surprise when at the front desk this did not exist. Had to wait for a considerable time until problem was solved between the front desk and the reservation staff. Front desk staff absolutely unfriendly at check in and during my stay and check out. Despite having a great breakfast dinner was very disappointing - food took more than 30 min to arrive even though restaurant was almost empty, and everything came not according to the order + cold.

Pros: Beds are very comfortable, room has a good size for 3 people, the shower jet is deliciously strong. Staff at the restaurant & reception are gentle and efficient. The breakfast is good. We had dinner at the restaurant, where the food was tasty and service was excellent (Everton honestly indicated the size of the dishes and was quick in bringing the food and additional cold beers and juices).
Cons: The hotel is a little bit old, some paintings and repairs are missing in places like bathroom and hall between elevator and rooms. Overall aspect of the restaurant (it was dark and chairs looked unclean), although the food was really tasty and waiter was very nice.

Cons: Overall it was a great stay. My only complaint is that I asked for a crib both times, online and at the front desk (I stayed for two nights in separate occasions) and it was not available.
