Housekeeping was very friendly and thorough. I hope the tip we left in the room for them actually got to them.
Often the card key would not work and we'd have to go back to the lobby to get it re-activated. Not big deal; a minor inconvenience.
The maids were very friendly.
The card key for our room had to be re-programmed every day. If we went out in the morning, when we came back in the afternoon our key wouldn't work. We'd then have to go back down to the front desk to get it re-programmed.
Bedroom and cleanliness
WiFi that is limited to two hours only. It should be free during the stay
Hotel was accord with my expectations. Ploction is excellent!
The location is good. It is the cleanliness of mainly the bathroom that lets it down. In all honesty though this seems to be fairly standard in the hotels we stayed in Egypt. Cleanliness is not top of the agenda neither is maintenance. The bed was comfortable and clean although I did not look that close. The wifi useless. Staff are friendly and helpful
Cleanliness mainly in bathroom, fridge could do with a wipe out as well. From our experience though it is hit and miss in Egypt. What looks good on the outside when you arrive does not always carry through to your room.
