Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and the availability of a free shuttle service. Some found the beds comfortable and the rooms spacious. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, worn carpets, and unpleasant smells. Service quality is mixed, with some staff receiving high praise for their helpfulness, while others are criticized for unprofessional or unfriendly behavior. Breakfast and food options receive neutral feedback, and noise levels are occasionally mentioned as a problem. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and staff consistency are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
