Amazing experience, not cheap but excellent value. We stayed at Club level which provides semi-private breakfast and dinner all inclusive. Ask for Niveen, this lady takes care of guest relations and is a source of inspiration. Staff throughout our stay were attentive and personal to a fault, always ready to impress. Spend a little extra and get rewarded with a wonderful stay! The Koch family.

Cons (-) As nice as the facility is, you can see that it’s in need of a facelift. Fixtures, furniture, paint, etc could be updated. Plus stains on carpet, walls, and furniture

Pros (+) Beautiful view, located on the banks of the Nile.
Cons (-) Staff was not interested overall. No alcohol served in the entire hotel. I was told to "go down to that Four Seasons". Our flight did not leave until later in the day after we checked out...was told we could not use the wireless internet since we were not active guests.
