Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, which is close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, room size, and the outdated condition of the facilities. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and friendly, while others report unprofessional or rude behavior. Breakfast is considered basic but acceptable by some. Overall, the location is the hotel's strongest asset, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.
