Clean nice hotel. The long road getting to this area is a pain in the butt. Hotel has nice rooms on both sides of sea and mountain side. Seaside rooms have obstructed views of the sea with huge trees but do have balconies. For the $$ I would stick to the mountainside rooms since you'll be enjoying Budva all day. This saves some $$.
