Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions, transport, and amenities. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of thorough housekeeping. Service receives mixed feedback; while some guests found staff helpful and accommodating, others experienced communication difficulties and unresponsive management. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset, but improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.
