The room was spacious.
Every time I went out I was obligated to leave the room key at the reception and then pick it up again when I come back. Completely pointless and a waste of time. Plus I was worried about my belongings the whole time I was out. Theres no fridge in the room. No safebox, thats only available at the reception. I had booked a parking spot and when I arrived it wasnt available, even though I had recieved a confirmation from the hotel that it would be there. The receptionist asked me if I could wait an hour until a spot cleared. Thats just unacceptable that a guest should wait an entire hour in the car in order to park DESPITE having reserved a parking place. The towels and sheets looked very old and the hallway smelled terrible. Overall, not worth the money. For the same price you can get a room in a real hotel.
Very good location, not far from some of the landmarks of Brussels. For such a location, and a fairly neat three-star hotel, the price is quite good.
The sound isolation is poor. There is not enough sockets - I could only plug in a laptop, a cellphone, or a bed lamp at a time.
The location is great. The staff is super friendly and always available. The room is comfortable and spacious.
I have requested a single double bed for two and I got two twins side by side. This was super uncomfortable if you're planning a nice time off with your partner. Also, the furniture is a little bit outdated.
Very friendly staff always available to assist you. The location is not in the center but it is easily accessible with local transportation. However, it is a good location for a quiet and crowd less area.
Wifi easy to connect to and efficient. Handy location next to avenue Louise. Staff friendly.
Expensive on weeknights. Breakfast faily low quality - stale bread, orange/apple juice diluted with water making it almost undrinkable.
