Waiter staff in the bar area were very slow and unfriendly. Can’t believe in such a high class hotel that they would allow this.

Hotel is beautifully presented and the staff do everything possible to make your stay perfect.

The professional staff and luxurious surroundings made our stay very comfortable.
The underground car park was quite expensive at Euro 30/day and did not have a lift into the hotel.

A beautiful hotel which was very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel but had drinks in the bar a couple of times which was very pleasant. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The pool complex was beautiful and relaxing, the only complaint would be the pool could have been made a little bigger. Saying this there were never many people there so it was not really a problem. The hotel is very central and the shops and attractions are nearby. We would recommend a canal boat trip.
