Hostel Mitte

We liked the staff and the location. The way they treated us and the privacy in the shared rooms

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, there is everything you need (include washing machine). Supermarket is just 100 m away. Good cafe at the same building (the reception is located in that cafe).

Pillows are very uncomfortable. Noise outside (but the hostel provides earplugs, which are very useful)

Friendly staff. Clean hostel. Extremely good location! It's located right in the middle of the old town! Gave us a guidebook about Brno.

There's only one bathroom + toilet, not really a big issue but I had to force my partner to come out from his shower because i needed to use the loo urgently. Would be something really awkward if it was someone else in there.

Perfect location, just a short walk from the airport bus stop and train station, right in the heart of Brno. Comfortable beds and an adequate kitchen. Lots of options for breakfast in nearby cafes (I went to Cafe Placzek)

Lack of air conditioning in the room meant that the window has to stay open all night in hot weather. Due to the central location there is a lot of street noise until the early hours. The hostel provides earplugs which keep most of the noise out, but please be aware that the town hall clock strikes every 15 minutes and earplugs cannnot deflect that noise! A minor gripe which did not really spoil my stay at this lovely hostel.
