The property is very well decorated and the staff super friendly and helpful. Extremely nice breakfast. I will be staying again. Well done to the staff especially the man at the front of house who couldn’t help more asking to carry your bags and just being friendly and polite. Good job!! Well done.
There isn’t much not to like just attention to detail ie a towel was a little dirty but not a problem for me as I had a towel. Also I don’t think it’s the hotels fault at all but the room I got was slightly different to the room and facilities on the booking.com app but the room I got was still as expected and clean and tidy! Good value for money apart from the extra £18 per day parking but checked other hotels and they charge more so it’s not just this hotel that ads a parking charge.
Stayed in the mews rooms, very comfortable and quiet, friendly interested staff, excellent breakfast
Breakfast was fine. The room was a great size and the staff were helpful. The location was great because I was attending an event at the Brighton Centre.
The car park was small and full on the Saturday night so we had to park opposite the hotel on the road. The room was a little cold.
Food could have been hotter. Nothing to do. No one in bar.
Nice reception and bar areas.
Small rooms and just not smart enough for price paid.
