Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction with cleanliness and service, citing dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, and poor housekeeping as recurring issues. Many guests experienced long waits at reception and found the check-in process frustrating. However, the location is generally praised for its proximity to the city center and public transport, and several guests appreciated the availability of parking. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others less satisfied. Overall, while the hotel’s location and parking are positives, improvements in cleanliness and service are strongly needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
