Pros (+) Property was nice. Room was large and comfortable.
Cons (-) My room was not cleaned despite asking multiple times on the first day of my stay. The front desk people I dealt with on 2/23 were a noxious. I had to call the national number for Hyatt to complain and my room still wasn’t cleaned until after 8 pm in the evening. So unprofessional and I received no compensation and no real response or apology. Needless to say no tip was left for them.
