Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many mentioning its proximity to restaurants and amenities. Friendly and courteous service was also highlighted by several reviewers. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues such as fleas and unclean bedding. Breakfast received mixed feedback: while some guests enjoyed the variety and improvements, others found it repetitive or lacking. The pool and on-site amenities like the bar and laundry were noted as positives, though some guests had minor complaints about pool depth or towel size. Overall, while the location and staff were appreciated, cleanliness and some facilities need improvement.
