Location is beachfront, i like that they have their own bar and restaurant.
location is perfect, beach front hotel. food and drinks are cheaper compared to other resto's/bar. friendly and accommodating staffs.
amenities - rooms needs improvement, it's quite old (paint, floor, bed, appliances) compared to what you see in the pictures.
Food was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We really loved the location because it is a beachfront property. Moreover, it is at Station 3, which is a great spot for laid-back travellers like us. You may have to exert a little bit of effort in walking to the more vibrant Station 2 but the exhaustion is not really that obvious because you get to walk along the long white beach. Great customer service. Staff was very helpful and efficient in providing for our needs. Bed was comfortable, air-conditioning unit was working well, food was a little bit pricey at their restaurant (as all restaurants in Boracay in general) but it was nevertheless delicious. Breakfast with quite a lot of options is served from 7-10 AM.
Although the heating system is working well, I hope the shower head gets fixed. Also, stricter rules on banning noise during sleeping hours should be implemented. We couldn't sleep well for one night because other tourists (Children in particular) were very noisy even at almost 12 midnight!
The hotel is in an appalling status with dirty rooms, homemade beds made out of something that looked like a crate with a mattress thrown on top, curtains with lots of res stains (could have been blood or ketchup), flooded bathrooms
The pictures shown on their web site as well as on booking.com is extremely far from the reality of the place. It is listed at the same standard as the neighbouring hotel 357 Boracay, but is miles away from this. This is basically a licensed robbery. We had to book the guests into another property the following day. We had the Family Villa and the picture on these web sites is nothing like what it is in reality.
