Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location, friendly and accommodating staff, and good value for money, especially for families and budget travelers. Many appreciated the free breakfast buffet and found the property convenient and accessible. However, some guests were disappointed with cleanliness, room maintenance, and basic amenities, reporting issues like dirty linens, worn-out towels, and occasional pests. Service was generally viewed positively, though a few experienced slow responses or unfriendly staff. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its location, affordability, and welcoming atmosphere, but could improve on cleanliness and amenities.
