Staff not helpful at all…
Pros (+) Bed was comfortable
Cons (-) Was unable to find staff member for checkin upon entering so more prompt service would have been nice.

Cons (-) I was sold an odd room that looked nice on the website but was not as nice in person. [It didn't seem particularly clean, but perhaps I imagine any "itch" to be the worst case scenario of the dreaded bed insect. Pros (+) Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) we arrived at 5;30 PM and were told we could not be put in a room because the computer crashed so we had to wait until 7:00 PM to get in our room. We were traveling with our dog and we ended up on the 4th floor which was somewhat inconvenient to take him through the lobby and up an elevator. We did notify that we were traveling with a pet when we booked.
Pros (+) Very nice and very clean! Great location and easy to find. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!
