Cons (-) We came in the hotel late Saturday night, the front lady at the counter was extremely rude to us. She glared at us the entire time when I asked for an extension for check out time. Other than that the place was great.

Pros (+) They stole money from my card and act as if they didn't see that I paid for my room the staff was very rud and the refuse to give me back my money they are thieves. Unprofessional and very rude. Rochelle and the other staff stole money from me and refused to return it even after I showed proof that I paid already and refused to give me a supvisor or the number to the complaint department.
Cons (-) Nothing at all. The room was dirty the bed was very in comfortable and broke down
Pros (+) Great value. Nice space within the room. Clean Accommodated our very early checkin. Helpful staff.
Pros (+) Room was cleaned and new towels the next day. Very convenient location.
Cons (-) Pool seemed small and was busy.
Pros (+) The beds and pillows here are fantastic. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) I did not have any issues with this place.
Pros (+) Location, rate, swimming pool.
Cons (-) I extended my stay online & the front desk called me mid night, then 4am to confirm my stay, totally unprofessional & never heard of. When I voiced my complaint, only Ron tried to make things right to me by offering a discount for further stay, which is the only reason I didn't give "staff" the worst rating. The other staff did nothing. :-(
