The breakfast provided good hot protein, meat and eggs, and they were very good. Desk person helpful. Quiet room, and good pool and sauna. Mini freezer needs defrosting, ,and maintenance needs to repair toilet shut off valve.

Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, outdated facilities, and amenities like the pool and breakfast not being available as advertised. Many found the hotel run down, with dirty rooms and furniture, and unpleasant odors. The pool and hot tub closures were a major disappointment, especially for families. Breakfast was often described as inadequate or misleading compared to expectations. Some guests also mentioned unhelpful or unprofessional service. However, a few appreciated the convenient location and reasonable pricing.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The pool is great. Need a life jacket for younger kids. But a ton of fun!! Had a rock wall in the pool.
Cons (-) It’s an older pretty run down building. The parking lot was dark and didn’t feel the most safe.
Pros (+) Free Breakfast (very limited though) typical continental.
Cons (-) Hotel was very run down, we had dirty towel on the back of our bathroom door and only had what towels were left from previous guest. One pillow had a small blood stain you could see through pillow case. Bar/Restaurant is closed on Sundays.
Pros (+) Beds were very comfortable and also the staff.
Cons (-) Checked in on a Saturday and the on site lounge had a happy hour from 12 to 3 and check in was at 3 so that made absolutely no sense. Room 131 had water damage and a strong odor of mold. This unit was also right next to a guest exit. Every guest to enter or leave would cause a draft on room 131 door and would shake or bang.
Pros (+) It's easy to get too, the staff is always nice and helpful, nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is standard. Being able to have a shuttle service to take us to airport and back and to leave our car there. Everytime we fly Bismarck, we stay there. Thanks for everything!
