Glamorous; spacious room; comfy bed.
Very comfy bed, good sized bathroom and lovely food
Tiles in bathroom a bit sloppy. Could do with a mat.
A lovely hotel in a very convenient location.
Nice property with charms you don't find in modern hotels. Lovely setting and convenient for City Centre.
Cleanliness of areas around building were littered.
The main hall is lovely and lives up to the pictures on the website
I was regulated to a mediocre room in one of the annexes. I had expected to have a room in the main hall but apparently unless you book a 'superior' room you will be put into one of the annexes, across the garden and car park. There was no indication of that on the website. The room i was given (603) was best described as OK, not good and not bad just mediocre. It was cold and there was no central heating only a wall mounted electric heater which after a bit of messing about, I managed to get working. The bathroom was modern and clean but bizarrely had a great big column in the middle which separated it into two halves. Breakfast was £12.95 extra and only served from 07:00 a little to late for me as I needed to leave to get to work, had they served at 06:30 as the lady in reception told they used to do then I would have stayed. Bottom line, would I return ? Probably not .....
