Great location. Cleanliness. Nice bathroom with Rituals products.
Not the standard one expects from a 5 Stars hotel: room had a strong unpleasant musty smell, carpets were deteriorated, low quality bed sheets and the shower wouldn’t hold the temperature which kept changing between hot and cold. Also I was shocked with the price of 30€/night asked for my dog (under 10kg). I still can’t find this info on their website! Parking 24€/day seems also quite unreasonable.
Leaving the hotel after 1 night.
Everything was closed. No drinks, no room service, no bar, no terrace. Room not ready 2 hours after our scheduled arrival time. Bin in the bathroom, full of rubbish from the previous occupants. No coffee, no water. When coffee capsules arrived, they didn't fit the machine. Overall the hotel was scruffy; in need of an update. Very disappointed with Bilbao too. Seems to have suffered badly from the Covid epidemic. I would not recommend it for a visit. San Sebastian however is an absolute jewel.
Fantastic location in a beautiful city. Beautiful hotel - like staying in an art gallery! Best breakfast I've experienced in a hotel. There's something for everyone.
The pool is a little small but the view from it is great.
Everything !!!! what an amasing find x
It is not a 5 star hotel. It is more like a 3 star. Hotel needs a lot of work
