Lovely old fashioned grand hotel vibe. Staff were great and were most helpful in suggesting local restaurants to try .Location was great. They do offer a continental breakfast in the dining room for 5 euro If you prefer something lighter in the morning.

We had a free room upgrade. Secure underground parking, car parked by hotel staff. Easy access to Guggenheim and main town. Our room was spacious with very big bed, mini bar and Jacuzzi bath.
We stayed on a Sunday, hotel bar and restaurant were shut as were most of the city restaurants. Not a friendly or very welcoming hotel but comfortable apart from the air con not working.

Hotel staff all very professional and welcoming and only too happy to assist. Room was very clean comfortable bed and good hot water for the shower.
Nothing to dislike.
