Pretty crappy place TBH. Extremely uncomfortable mattress, spots on the sheets, lots of dirt on the floor. Definitely not worth the money.

Pros (+) I liked the quietness of the room. The continental breakfast was a bonus. i like how close the hotel is to big bear village. It’s in a good location.

When we came early asking if we can do an early check in along with asking questions, the staff at the front desk (Howard), was rude to my friend and I. He raised his voice and argued with us. Pros (+) The staff were very nice. Bathtub/shower was new.
Cons (-) There was a big gap in the front door where cold air came in. The heater either made the room too hot or too cold. Two of the three drawers in the dresser were screwed shut.
