Rooms were lovely. Spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable, all 6 people in our group agreed. We had a bit of confusion paying our bill at the start of the holiday but it was all sorted. Everyone from reception staff, cleaning staff, waitors etc were all very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was the best, short walk about 3 mins to the beach, 9 mins to the old town and about 5 into the crazy strip along the Morgan's tavern road. The little bar near pool was excellent too. There is a bending machine room next to the reception area which came in handy for water and late night snacks.
We stayed half board and as I am a vegetarian I struggled to know exactly what was in the meals. Better labelling on food choices i.e. V for vegetarians would have made my food choices easier.

Excellent location and hotel more than expected . If I was to return to Benidorm I would book this hotel again . Faultless!!

The bathroom leaks alot when you have a shower due to poor seals on the shower door. Nothing a few towels can't absorb
