Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location and the variety at breakfast. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service received mixed feedback: while some guests found staff friendly and helpful, others experienced rude or unhelpful interactions. Bed comfort and room quality were also inconsistent, with several complaints about cramped or poorly maintained rooms. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and breakfast, but improvements in cleanliness and consistency of service are needed.
