hotel was freezing cold, the food at the wedding reception was non existent, (not sure whether that was at hotels expense or wedding party) the food that was served was cold, i had stomach problems following day.
Very luxurious hotel in the centre of Belfast
Paid my bill on checking out and was asked had I used anything in mini bar,which I replied no,we never do.On checking my credit card account I was charged £9.50 on a seperate transaction I phoned the hotel and was informed the charge was for three packets of nuts and a bottle of water from the mini bar.I was told it must have been a mistake and apologized for the error.A refund was to be made to my card. Careless mistake by someone but I was not pleased.
It's city centre location is excellent and having a very good restaurant on site with late night entertainment really made the night worthwhile.

I love staying in this hotel on this occasion I mixed up our departure date and the staff were really understanding and allowed us to retain our room for the extra night.I particularily love the whole atmosphere at this hotel and it is always my hotel of choice when visiting Belfast.
