Breakfast was ok.
The heating was turned off in the bedroom ,(did not work?) the window was open, it was cold, November...
It’s clean and breakfast is nice.
Staff quite friendly and helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood with market and restaurants near by. Good tour bookings (price& convenience)
Bathroom shared with all people in room thus cannot use sink/shower/toilet if anyone else is. All common areas and kitchen closed at midnight and No individual lights on bed/cannot read at night.
The breakfast was scanty. Prefer butter to the ersatz butter you offered. Might be a good idea to make a contract with a local baker to supply local wholegrain bread. Store-bought bread is usually rubblish.
The timing for the painting of the halls. A quieter time for doing it would have been good.
It was a really good value for money. The bed was really comfortable. The conditions were good and the staff was nice.
