- Do not go there unless you are Russian. We have been in 12 different hotels in Turkey thus far, but this was almost a Russian colony. We are Belgian, thus we are used to adapt and don't mind this at all, but I could easily imagine that such environment could be rather intimidating for others. - We were close to be ripped off by upon check-in on 26 December 2019. We had paid the total cost of our stay in advance by credit card and were there during New Year's Eve. The booking form clearly said that all meals were included and didn't say anything about an additional cost for New Year's Eve. Upon arrival, the staff refused to give us the room key if we didn't pay 150€ for their New Year's Eve festivities. We told them that we were not planning to attend those festivities and didn't want to pay this additional cost. They became quite aggressive and humiliated us in public. Only upon insisting and discussing, the staff agreed to give us the room key and we didn't had to pay the 150€. It turned out a couple of days later that the New Year's Eve festivities were only an option they offered to all customers and that they wanted to aggressively impose this to us. It was eventually solved but the staff refused to apologize. Having spent our holidays over 10 times in Turkey over the past few years, including during the Christmas holidays, such situation never happened before.
Really good facilities and super clean
Not ideal for adults only travellers as it is full of children
Location, restaurant staff
Reception staff was rude
Italian restaurant à la carte is the best Nice rooms and clean ones But mini bar not filled everyday
I didn’t like that besides the restaurants a la carte the buffet is the same everyday I can remember the place of every dish
