Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions and downtown. A number of reviewers noted friendly and accommodating staff, especially at the front desk. However, many guests reported significant cleanliness issues in rooms and common areas, with complaints about unpleasant odors, pests, and maintenance problems. The pool was frequently mentioned, but often in a negative context due to cleanliness or closure. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
