Our breakfast was poor! Hair was found in my wife’s breakfast and we waited for 35 minutes for our breakfast. Our room was NEVER cleaned or our sheets were NEVER changed. The quality of this resort has taken a dramatic drop in the quality of service and Cleanliness
EVERYTHING!!
Absolutely nothing.
I booked a room in the waterfront tower, and during check in I decided to upgrade to the Bayview tower because I never stayed there. I was given the room right behind the elevator which was horrible. You can hear the loud noise of the elevator traveling up and down the shaft all night. We spent about 3 hours just trying to find something to eat. Every restaurant was booked and the buffet was only serving the "high rollers". Not to mention multiple fire alarms in the casino throughout the evening, elevators shutting down, the gate by the elevators for the waterfront and Bayview closing and none of the staff being able to get it open. Had to go outside in the freezing cold to walk around the building and come in from the other side. All in just a total disappointment
Bed was comfortable
Misleading information regarding dining areas and their availabilities. Rooms dated and not cleaned well. The pool was supposed to be open from 9-5pm on Sunday and was not.
Parking Room was old Weeds over grown Lots of bugs bites on me Restaurants closed Food order was wrong

Huge casino resort. The best Harrahs I've ever been to. Clean, fun, exciting, and easy access to the boardwalk via shuttles.
Not their fault, but some things weren't open due to Covid-19.
The mattress was comfortable.
The room smelt like smoke. The slot machines were dirty. The rugs in the hallway and casino had stains all over them. I tried for 2 days to get into the pool WITH a reservation and couldn’t get in. My first time in AC was not the best.
Clean comfortable room
Pool was not open to everyone And restaurants not open at all.
Large casino and great staff able to get me a refund
Room smelled of smoke and didn't even have shampoo Fortunately they gave me a refund since unable to get a new room
Bed was comfy Saw staff taking extra cleaning precautions
Bed was comfortable
The pool was 21 and older which that was not mentioned when i booked i had to pay for pool in another hotel because of my younger kid. The room smelled weed and the carpet was disgusting . So far this was my worst 4 stars hotel !!!!
My friend list her coupon worth almost $300. The slot manager located the machine than printed it out & it was not used. Even though they had the info that it wasn’t used, they said they were unable to void it & reissue it. This made no sense to any point f us. The slot manager said they had to wait for someone to turn it in. No one would do that & besides, my friend thought she threw it away so no one will ever turn it in. Also, if someone were to find it, I think it’s highly unlikely that it would be turned it. I think this policy needs to be changed!
The comfort of the mattress was unbelievable. The room plan with the sofa and chair was very warm and inviting. That pertains to the room; the casino floor was well lit.
The cleanless of rooms.
nothing.
Basically except for 1 incident the staff were very proffessional.
The attitude of 1 lady in the one restaurant.
I liked the bistro, live music, night life
Smell of cigarrettes
The Gambling
To long of chek in lines, no shows or entertainment, to far from the boardwalk.
We loved The Pool ---no real bargains as far as food and drink. We were told about the gold total rewards card and were able to go to the buffet (2 for 1) and ride the bus to the boardwalk. This was our first time to Atlantic City and were able to get around. Everyone was pleasant and the Concierge was helpful with our need for information when Spirit went on strike and offered to let us stay until 3 p.m. if we needed to. We didn't and rented a car at the airport and drove to Massachusetts. Thank you -we enjoyed our stay
quality of the hotel, casino , restaurants. It was also accessable to other parts of Atlantic city for a nominal fee
Available variety of restaurants within the hotel, easy access for reaching the Boardwalk, available assistance from staff when needed.
Not enough for a young adult( 18-20) who was not 21 to do within the hotel. Most activities geared for teens and younger.
We were impressed with our room(especially the rate for the room). The buffet was the best. The pool was just beautiful, it felt like we were in tropical island.
Need much improvement in the checking in & checking out. My husband & I didn't like the long lines, lot of time was wasted.
Very nice, new spacey room.
No free public computer to use internet.
