The only thing was checking in. The staff was awesome but you need at least 1 more check in person for the line not to be so long. Also I had one room to my brothers name and they did not give him the updated price for the room

The only thing that I will complain about during this trip is being able to get out of the hotel from the parking lot. There were no attendance available to help you get over the gate on two separate occasions. Pros (+) Our breakfast was poor! Hair was found in my wife’s breakfast and we waited for 35 minutes for our breakfast. Our room was NEVER cleaned or our sheets were NEVER changed. The quality of this resort has taken a dramatic drop in the quality of service and Cleanliness

Cons (-) I booked a room in the waterfront tower, and during check in I decided to upgrade to the Bayview tower because I never stayed there. I was given the room right behind the elevator which was horrible. You can hear the loud noise of the elevator traveling up and down the shaft all night.
