Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for shopping and easy access to highways. Many appreciated the breakfast, describing it as good, varied, and well-stocked even near closing time. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms were also highlighted as positives. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty covers, bad smells, and insufficient housekeeping. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members being helpful and accommodating, while others were less responsive. Overall, the hotel offers good value, but improvements in cleanliness and service consistency are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
