Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom was a huge disappointment.

Staff was very unprofessional. No one could speak English, reception is not open late at night (I had to wait some 20 minutes to have the open for me) and the elevators are slooooow!

The room was large. Located within walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Staff were nice. Suitable for a couple days stay.
Internet was terrible in our room. We gave up trying to use it as it was that bad. The room was a little dark and needed better lighting. The swimming pool needs attention as it was cloudy and obviously lacking some chemicals. The hot water can take a long time to come through. Floor didn't seem to have been swept.
