Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to many attractions, shops, and public transport. Some reviewers also mention that the hotel offers good value for its price, especially for short stays. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirt, old furniture, and poor upkeep. Service, particularly at the reception, receives negative feedback for being unhelpful or unfriendly. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
