Location and the staff speak decent English
The air conditioner is a bit difficult to adjust, sometimes it got too warm in the room and I had to open the sliding door to reduce the temperature

The staff were exceptional my plans changed so I was alone but everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the centre with lots of shopping choices from big names to small boutiques. Ankara is very different to Istanbul and it was good not to be viewed as a tourist
It was all good but I didnt find the cafe until the last day as it was adjacent to the hotel not that it really mattered as there were lots of cafes around

We only stayed the night- on our way from Cappadocia to Istanbul. We were very surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price we paid!! Had the best view, room service and what a breakfast- Probably the best breakfast we had in Turkey!!!
