the area is very quiet and nearby the tram stop. Breakfast is great and staff is friendly and nice. Door is open 24 hours. we had the shared bathromm but it was always cleaned.
maybe a bit faraway from the citycentre (10 min. by tram) and if you go out during the night remind that the last tram is at midnight!
great breakfast! comfort bed, location is quite good
super steep stairs..... not easy for travelers with big luggage or backpacks...
I found it cozy and free internet and computers are available to the public which is great!Thank you!
The Hotel seems to have a struggle with twin/double rooms which is to say they don't differenciate them at all. The best is to leave a comment to precise which room you want!!! If you care.
Good staff, nice stay, special inner garden for smokers, free internet.
Lamp in bathroom is a bit dim, PC interface is in dutch, tea costs money (it probably should not, cause I could do this myself in their kitchen, I just need teapot and water). I don't understand comments of other reviewers about steep stairs - it is a problem only for very old/disabled people, isn't it?
Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The room was really small and incredibly dirty. Even the glass was dirty. There was stuff under the bed, left from who knows who and when. Beds were smaller than small. The towels weren't changed as were supposed to (according to the manual on the wall). The bathroom was as dirty as it could be. In three days as we spent there it wasn't cleaned at all. If we hadn't had flip-flops, which we threw away afterwards, we would have gotten germs.
People were very friendly and helpful. the place was nice and clean and surprisingly the room was comfy like being in my own bedroom.
Well the hotel was a little far from the center. which was good in terms of peace and quiet when getting some much needed rest but trams 3 and 25 sure do take their time so be prepared to spend some 10 to 20 mins for a tram to the city centre. apart from that all is good
close to Valentino's (burgershack)
bare too many steps
Friendly staff and ample breakfasts. Interesting neighborhood for shops and food.
