Pros (+) Layout and rooms are cool and different, staff is kind and helpful and the Thai restaurant is very good.
Cons (-) It's called Not Hotel for a reason... this is more like a hostel, shared rooms, communal bathrooms/showers. We actually paid an extra fee to have a private bathroom but little did we know that did not include the toilet (!) this meant having to dress up and walk down stairs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.
