These people sold my room. Then at 3.30 am the receptionist wanted to put me, a single female, in a car with 3 random drunk men to a go to another hotel they had booked me for the night. After refusing, the 2nd taxi drops me at the wrong hotel. After finding my way back to Mozart i had to spend the night in someone else bed (luckily i knew them). 3 people in 1 bed no ac middle of summer. In the morning the put my into a dingy room no AC again. No apology no nothing. They even had the adacity to charge my friends a late check out fee even though i had to crash in their room on the 1st night. Terrible customer service. If you are vegan do not pay for the breakfast as all you will get is toast. I am awaiting the response from my complaint will update as it comes.
The way they put me at risk as a foreign person in that country. They sold my room even though it had been paid for and confirmed.
Amazing welcome from Silvia at the front desk. A happy and kind girl who helped us and gave us good recommendations. Thank you! Our room was in the basement, and lucky us, because with 38C degrees outside, the basement was the coolest place in the hotel. Very pleased with our stay!
Nothing I could think of.
I liked how it was on the on the pride parade canal route. That’s the only reason I stayed here. The free breakfast was okay.
It was really pricey for the size of the room.
The location is really nice,.next to tram, restaurants, museums, bars
I got a room located at the underground floor, I don't know if this was the reason but It smelled terrible when I got inside the room....I stayed for 3 days in july, maybe the smell was because of summer and the water canals.
Room too small for suitcases. Once moved to slightly bigger room there was no real window It was like a sauna even when the weather was not that hot anymore.
