Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Golden Temple, which is considered its main advantage. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, citing issues such as dust, cockroaches, rats, and general lack of upkeep. Service also receives criticism, with reports of unhelpful staff, denied reservations, and poor housekeeping. While the location stands out as a positive, the hotel is widely seen as needing significant improvements in cleanliness and service.
