Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, with many highlighting its proximity to attractions, beautiful views, and easy access. The breakfast was frequently described as good or excellent, and some guests appreciated the friendliness of certain staff members. However, there were repeated complaints about difficult access (many stairs), inconsistent service quality, issues with air conditioning, and concerns about value for money. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, and some guests noted problems with maintenance and outdated facilities. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as positives, while service and value were more divisive.AI-generated from customer reviews
