Pros: Cheap and decent location to downtown. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure.
Cons: The room had a very unpleasant smell. I covered it up with spray initially but at 2am I could not sleep due to the smell. I found a dirty sock by the bed in an obvious location and there was still trash in the bins from the previous occupant. I got in late and really just wanted to sleep for a few hours before work. The pillows were flat as a pancake and no other blanket was available beside the disgusting “comforter”. Crank the heat and use the sheet.

Pros: you use actual keys, it was clean, warm. It had the oldest metro map I have ever seen. Checking in and out was a breeze.
Cons: Carpet in front of the sink which is not in the bathroom. Very small and a bit crampy in the main hall way

Pros: The room was clean and staff were friendly. I really liked the idea of an actual room KEY, not a key card. I don't think I would use it for a non business stay or extended stay though, they didn't offer anything but coffee and there's not much near it.
Cons: Not much in the way of convenience stores. Closest was too far to walk.

Pros: I stayed 4 days, and my room was maintained impeccably clean and well organized by staff. The room was cute and very comfortable. Cold air conditioning, which was great in late June. Lighting, desk, and chairs were all perfect. Nice fridge. 100's of TV stations, so endless shows to choose from. Staff were sooo friendly, pleasant, and helpful!! Smelled slightly stuffy, but didn't notice it after 2 minutes. The location was excellent: I parked my car for 4 straight days, as I could walk to everything from the motel. Great grocery store a block away, lots of good places to eat. Cost was a fraction of nearby hotels. I would definitely return.

Pros: I stayed here while visiting DC for leisure. It's good for the money, considering it is at least half the price of most hotels you'll get closer to DC. It's also within walking distance (albeit a long walk) from the Metro. Everything was clean enough. Don't expect fancy, but it has the basics. Also on my last day there, they offered me free luggage storage because my flight was later in the day.
Cons: Alexandria is a weird place. Some areas seem nice, others a bit shady. Walking to the Metro, you'll see a mix of nice condos and low-end apartments. Also the walk to the Metro is a good 15-20 minutes, and it takes another 20 minutes on the Metro to get into DC.

Cons: My room was lovely. But the exterior of the motel needs work — badly. The wrought iron railings, stairways, and walkways need to be taken care of. Everything else was fine.

Pros: Excellent service, great prices, great location just south of D.C. And a short uber or Lyft for just about anything. Free parking on site was a big bonus.
Cons: Had to ask for toilet paper but that was about it.

Cons: The carpeting is raggedy and stained, the sheets were beat up and stained, the furniture and tv were beat up, and even the roaches seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The door didn’t close properly and there was a gap at the bottom that looked like mice chewed their way in. Not to mention several holes in the wall that looked like a bunch of wrestlers were training for the next Summer Slam.
