Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with reports of mildew, cigarette and marijuana smells, dirty towels, and poor maintenance. Service was also criticized, especially regarding unresponsive or unhelpful staff and unresolved issues. Many guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast, noting it was minimal or not as advertised. Overall, while the location was a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
