The hotel was lovely - free drinks and snacks at the pool bar
Reception staff were rude and extremely unhelpful every time we had a query/question
The menu should be mor variable, especially the breakfast.
Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great location few minutes walk from the beach
Not always enough sun loungers at the pool
The location is excellent. The staff are courteous and friendly. The check in staff were efficient, but we were delayed, standing for ages, while a group of 'young' guests endeavored to pay individually. Complicated for staff, but no one else to assist check in responsibility. The food was good, and the entertainment was of a high standard the first week, every night; however the second week, the supply of entertainment dried up; we saw only one artist. I was very impressed first week. The hotel was very clean, with regular cleaning of room. The manager was kind enough to address a particular concern of ours; that with all inclusive you can get any amount of alcohol free, but if you want 'sin alcohol' beer you must pay for it, additionally. This is the case elsewhere in Spain, too, according to venue, but seems very unfair when you have paid for all inclusive, especially if one member has abstained for many years due to health. Visible and good disabled facilities, very inclusive.
There was no clear towel system for the pool evident. This led to our using 'room towels' for the pool. This became a problem when two local guests removed them from our chairs, claiming the chairs for themselves -saying that our going for lunch meant we had abandoned them, the towels thrown elsewhere. This behavior was not challenged by management who endorsed that a person could not reserve a chair, and not with a room towel. The instructions RE towels, said to be part of our welcome folder, were not, in fact, included. The main disappointment was not with the hotel itself or staff, but with the clientele inhabiting it, especially during our first week. I thought Adult Only meant peace and tranquility [freedom from the noise and behavior of children] Indeed the experience was Brutal in the first week, exactly the opposite, with 'ADULT CHILDREN' throwing tantrums in the dining room, throwing food; getting drunk and being aggressive/loud; taking over the pool- things thrown at each other; pushing each other into the pool, showing no concern or boundaries for the other guests who were reduced to bystanders, unable to relax or enjoy the facilities, sleep disturbed by yelling; awakened by banging. I requested 'presence' at the pool which the manager did do to keep things under surveillance. The life guard had a habit of disappearing round a corner with his phone, leaving the 'mob' to rule. [ had I been a young life guard, I would have felt intimidated by the 'rough' clientele of men and women alike, grouping together, commandeering the space and would have wanted to disappear too.] He needed more support- poolside; and one life guard did in fact save a disabled guest from drowning in the deep end, when he slipped in whilst trying to make his way past some sun beds.-well done to him. Communication was not good enough via rules.
The location was great, very close to the beach and a great place called the la gavina restaurant on the beach with was awesome for a date night out.
Terrible and unfriendly staff, upon arrival we were spoken to rudely and the receptionist male was so unhelpful and unfriendly. Upon booking we were told by the website we would be in a room with either mountains or sea view, which sounded great, upon arrival we were given a horrible room which was very loud and the noise from the bar at night was very loud so we could not sleep, the walls are paper thin also. the next morning we spoke with a new receptionist female who changed our room but was not accommodating at all. I have to say, the friendliest person in that hotel was the guy who was working at 4am on the 28th July which was the morning we left. The breakfast was always cold and food choices were not great either , however lunch and dinner was ok.
