Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the beach and local attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, with staff described as unhelpful or unfriendly in several reviews. Cleanliness was another major concern, with multiple guests mentioning dirty rooms and inadequate housekeeping. Food quality and variety were often criticized, and the pool area was sometimes overcrowded or not well maintained. Overall, while the location is a positive, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
